Digital Delivery Only
All products sold on RedFoxGames are digital goods (Coin — in-game currency). Nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping fees, carriers, or delivery addresses are involved.
Delivery Time
- Automatic channels (bank transfer with correct reference code, e-wallets, card, PayPal): Coin is normally credited within 1–2 minutes after the payment provider confirms your payment.
- Manual or delayed confirmations (e.g. transfers missing the reference code, provider delays): up to 24 hours.
Always enter the transfer reference code exactly as shown on the payment page. A missing or wrong code is the most common cause of delayed delivery.
How to Check Your Delivery
- Your balance is shown at the top of the page after signing in.
- Every credited purchase appears in the History tab with its order code, time, and status.
Missing or Failed Delivery
If your payment succeeded but Coin has not arrived within 24 hours, contact support and include:
- Your account username and in-game ID.
- The order code (from the History tab) or your payment receipt.
- The payment channel and the time of payment.
Verified failed deliveries are re-credited in full. Refunds for non-delivered purchases follow the Terms of Service.
Wrong Account Top-ups
Purchases are delivered to the account that was signed in when the payment was made. Please double-check your account name on the confirmation step; we cannot move Coin between accounts after delivery.
