By creating an account or using the RedFoxGames top-up service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service
The Service allows players to purchase Coin (in-game currency) for use within the game. All products sold are digital goods; nothing physical is shipped. Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your username, password and linked email secure.
- You must provide accurate information when registering or making a payment.
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase and may include promotional bonuses.
- Exchange rates for local currencies are indicative and may be adjusted at any time.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. PayPal, bank transfer, e-wallets). Their own terms also apply.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Coin that has been credited to an account is generally non-refundable, as digital goods are delivered instantly. Initiating a chargeback for successfully delivered goods may result in account suspension. If you believe a transaction failed or was charged in error, contact support first — see the Shipping Policy for missing-delivery cases.
Prohibited Use
- Using stolen payment instruments or another person's account without permission.
- Exploiting bugs in the payment flow, or automating purchases for resale.
- Any activity that violates applicable law.
Changes to the Service
We may modify package contents, bonuses, payment channels, or these terms at any time. Material changes take effect when published on this page.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.
